- Block 3: Manage the employees of the retail establishment
Schedule: 2 days of training and 3 days in the company
Admission Requirements
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Baccalaureate (Bac) and Bac+2
Prerequisites:
The Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources (HR) at DCG FORMATIONS is accessible to holders of a baccalaureate. Direct entry into the third year is open to holders of a BTS or any other Level 5 qualification.
Admission is based on a review of the application file and, where applicable, an interview.
Schedule: 2 days of training and 3 days in the company
TEACHING METHOD AND ASSESSMENT
Assessment methods:
Case studies and/or tests and/or essays and/or text analyses and/or multiple-choice questions and/or oral assessments and/or research work / Continuous assessment / Work-study and skills review (written + oral) / Thesis defence / Professional evaluation in the company
Summary documents of the programme:
Course materials (PDF, and/or Word, and/or PPT formats), case studies and/or audio and video materials, and any exercises to be completed during the training sessions
This programme does not have any equivalence or bridging options
Students entering the first year are required to successfully complete all skills blocks
FURTHER STUDIES
This Bachelor’s degree has a professional focus and therefore leads directly to employment. You also have the option to enrol in the first year of a Master’s programme.

APPLICATION DEADLINES
- Registrations for the September 2026 intake are open from 1 March to 20 September 2026.
- Registrations for the January 2027 delayed intake continue until 18 December.
Procedures
Access to our programmes may be initiated:
By the employer,
By the employee with their own agreement,
By a student or their legal guardian
Work-study programmes are available from the 3rd year onwards.
Once the registration form is completed, our school undertakes to respond within 72 hours.
If the programme requires prerequisites, we will then offer, regardless of the chosen funding method, a knowledge test and/or a positioning interview (by phone or videoconference) and/or an application review.
PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES
The Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources (HR) at DCG Formations is a State-recognised Level 6 qualification aimed at achieving the following objectives:
- Learn how to prepare payslips and manage social security declarations
- Master contract drafting, dismissal procedures, and compliance with current labour legislation
- Manage absences, leave, health insurance, and medical check-ups
- Identify the company’s training needs and organise training sessions to upskill employees
- Define hiring needs (job descriptions), source candidates via professional networks, and conduct interviews
- Learn how to interact with employee representative bodies (such as the CSE – Works Council)
- Communicate information, promote corporate culture, and improve the “employer brand” to retain employees
- Anticipate future job roles to ensure the company does not face resource shortages
- Integrate ethical, environmental, and well-being considerations into the workplace

PROGRAMME DURATION AND PACE
DURATION OF STUDIES:
3 years for students holding a Baccalaureate (BAC) or an equivalent qualification
Work-study programme available from the third year onwards.
