BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN INNOVATION MANAGEMENT
The Bachelor’s Degree in Innovation Management (GIN) at DCG Formations is a Level 6 qualification listed on the RNCP, designed to train hybrid profiles capable of bridging creative vision, technical feasibility, and commercial strategy.
This programme is ideally suited to Managers responsible for change management, who are seeking creative, passionate, curious, and motivated collaborators.
The GIN Bachelor at DCG Formations enables students to be highly operational from their very first professional experience or to continue their studies towards a Bac+4/5 level. - Block 2: Contribute to the strategic direction of the brand and optimise the economic performance of the retail establishment
- Block 3: Manage the employees of the retail establishment

Admission Requirements
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Baccalaureate (Bac) and Bac+2
Prerequisites:
The Bachelor’s Degree in Innovation Management (GIN) at DCG FORMATIONS is accessible to holders of a baccalaureate. Direct entry into the third year is open to holders of a BTS or any other Level 5 qualification.
Admission is based on a review of the application file and, where applicable, an interview.
Schedule: 2 days of training and 3 days in the company
TEACHING METHOD AND ASSESSMENT
Assessment methods:
Case studies and/or tests and/or essays and/or text analyses and/or multiple-choice questions and/or oral assessments and/or research work / Continuous assessment / Work-study and skills review (written + oral) / Thesis defence / Professional evaluation in the company

Course materials (PDF, and/or Word, and/or PPT formats), case studies and/or audio and video materials, and any exercises to be completed during the training sessions
This programme does not have any equivalence or bridging options
Students entering the first year are required to successfully complete all skills blocks
FURTHER STUDIES
This Bachelor’s degree has a professional focus and therefore leads directly to employment. You also have the option to enrol in the first year of a Master’s programme.

- Registrations for the September 2026 intake are open from 1 March to 20 September 2026.
- Registrations for the January 2027 delayed intake continue until 18 December.
Procedures
Access to our programmes may be initiated:
By the employer,
By the employee with their own agreement,
By a student or their legal guardian
Work-study programmes are available from the 3rd year onwards.
Once the registration form is completed, our school undertakes to respond within 72 hours.
If the programme requires prerequisites, we will then offer, regardless of the chosen funding method, a knowledge test and/or a positioning interview (by phone or videoconference) and/or an application review.
PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES
The Bachelor’s Degree in Innovation Management (GIN) at DCG Formations is a State-recognised Level 6 qualification aimed at achieving the following objectives:
- Learn to place the user at the centre of the innovation process
- Manage projects using iterative approaches (Scrum, Kanban)
- Move rapidly from concept to a testable version in order to validate hypotheses
- Be able to create or transform business models (such as shifting from product sales to subscription-based models)
- Analyse trends, competitors, and emerging needs
- Learn how to launch a disruptive product on the market, distinct from traditional marketing approaches
- Anticipate the impact of AI, blockchain, and data on industries
- Support organisations in their transition towards new digital tools
- Support teams in adopting and embracing innovation
- Develop an entrepreneurial mindset within an existing organisation
- Be able to pitch a project to investors or senior management

DURATION OF STUDIES:
3 years for students holding a Baccalaureate (BAC) or an equivalent qualification
Work-study programme available from the third year onwards.
