BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR)
The Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at DCG FORMATIONS is a Level 6 qualification listed on the RNCP, designed to train the future pillars of sustainable transition within organisations. The objective is no longer simply to “do good,” but to integrate environmental and social challenges at the heart of economic strategy.
This programme is ideally suited to Managers responsible for driving CSR and Sustainable Development strategies, who are seeking creative, passionate, curious, and motivated collaborators.
The CSR Bachelor at DCG FORMATIONS enables students to be highly operational from their very first professional experience or to continue their studies towards a Bac+4/5 level. Courses, lectures, Masterclasses, and Business Games are delivered by professionals who are experts in their respective fields.

The CSR programme in the final year of specialisation is organised around two (2) pillars:
PILLAR 1: SPECIALISATION SUBJECTS

Inclusive Stakeholder Management
Designing and Launching a Sustainable Product
Change Management and Performance Improvement
Semester 2:
CSR and Sustainable Development Standards and Regulations
Design and Co-creation of a CSR Policy
Sustainable Business Models
Leading a CSR Project and Implementing It within a Company
Internship (Compulsory)
PILLAR 2: CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Validation of competency blocks:
- Block 1: Coordinate and improve the commercial activity of a retail establishment
- Block 2: Contribute to the strategic direction of the brand and optimise the economic performance of the retail establishment
- Block 3: Manage the employees of the retail establishment
Schedule: 2 days of training and 3 days in the company
Admission Requirements
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Baccalaureate (Bac) and Bac+2
Prerequisites:
The Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at DCG FORMATIONS is accessible to holders of a baccalaureate. Direct entry into the third year is open to holders of a BTS or any other Level 5 qualification.
Admission is based on a review of the application file and, where applicable, an interview.
Schedule: 2 days of training and 3 days in the company
TEACHING METHOD AND ASSESSMENT
Assessment methods:
Case studies and/or tests and/or essays and/or text analyses and/or multiple-choice questions and/or oral assessments and/or research work / Continuous assessment / Work-study and skills review (written + oral) / Thesis defence / Professional evaluation in the company
Summary documents of the programme:
Course materials (PDF, and/or Word, and/or PPT formats), case studies and/or audio and video materials, and any exercises to be completed during the training sessions
This programme does not have any equivalence or bridging options
Students entering the first year are required to successfully complete all skills blocks
FURTHER STUDIES
This Bachelor’s degree has a professional focus and therefore leads directly to employment. You also have the option to enrol in the first year of a Master’s programme.

APPLICATION DEADLINES
- Registrations for the September 2026 intake are open from 1 March to 20 September 2026.
- Registrations for the January 2027 delayed intake continue until 18 December.
Procedures
Access to our programmes may be initiated:
By the employer,
By the employee with their own agreement,
By a student or their legal guardian
Work-study programmes are available from the 3rd year onwards.
Once the registration form is completed, our school undertakes to respond within 72 hours.
If the programme requires prerequisites, we will then offer, regardless of the chosen funding method, a knowledge test and/or a positioning interview (by phone or videoconference) and/or an application review.
PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES
The Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at DCG FORMATIONS is a State-recognised Level 6 qualification aimed at achieving the following objectives:
- Understand and analyse climate change, biodiversity, and resource depletion
- Learn regulations (such as the CSRD directive in Europe) and international standards (ISO 26000)
- Learn how to write sustainability reports and monitor environmental and social performance indicators (KPIs)
- Assess the impact of a product from its creation to its end of life
- Select suppliers that respect human rights and the environment
- Promote diversity, gender equality, and quality of work life (QWL)
- Communicate transparently while avoiding greenwashing
- Learn how to engage employees in adopting new behaviours
- Know how to interact with clients, shareholders, NGOs, and local authorities

PROGRAMME DURATION AND PACE
DURATION OF STUDIES:
3 years for students holding a Baccalaureate (BAC) or an equivalent qualification
Work-study programme available from the third year onwards.

- Apprenticeship contract: the company covers the tuition fees on behalf of the student.
