The Bachelor’s Degree in Commercial Management (GC) at DCG Formations is a Level 6 qualification listed on the RNCP, designed to transform students into professionals in sales and operational management, capable of driving a strategy from start to finish.
This programme is ideally suited to Managers responsible for steering commercial strategy, who are seeking creative, passionate, curious, and motivated collaborators.

- Block 3: Manage the employees of the retail establishment

Admission Requirements
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Baccalaureate (Bac) and Bac+2
Prerequisites:
The Bachelor’s Degree in Commercial Management (GC) at DCG FORMATIONS is accessible to holders of a baccalaureate. Direct entry into the third year is open to holders of a BTS or any other Level 5 qualification.
Admission is based on a review of the application file and, where applicable, an interview.
Schedule: 2 days of training and 3 days in the company
TEACHING METHOD AND ASSESSMENT

Case studies and/or tests and/or essays and/or text analyses and/or multiple-choice questions and/or oral assessments and/or research work / Continuous assessment / Work-study and skills review (written + oral) / Thesis defence / Professional evaluation in the company

Course materials (PDF, and/or Word, and/or PPT formats), case studies and/or audio and video materials, and any exercises to be completed during the training sessions
This programme does not have any equivalence or bridging options
Students entering the first year are required to successfully complete all skills blocks
FURTHER STUDIES
This Bachelor’s degree has a professional focus and therefore leads directly to employment. You also have the option to enrol in the first year of a Master’s programme.

- Registrations for the September 2026 intake are open from 1 March to 20 September 2026.
- Registrations for the January 2027 delayed intake continue until 18 December.
Procedures
Access to our programmes may be initiated:
By the employer,
By the employee with their own agreement,
By a student or their legal guardian
Work-study programmes are available from the 3rd year onwards.
Once the registration form is completed, our school undertakes to respond within 72 hours.
If the programme requires prerequisites, we will then offer, regardless of the chosen funding method, a knowledge test and/or a positioning interview (by phone or videoconference) and/or an application review.
PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES
The Bachelor’s Degree in Commercial Management (GC) at DCG Formations is a State-recognised Level 6 qualification with the following objectives:
- Learn how to conduct sales interviews in B2B (Business to Business) and B2C (Business to Consumer) contexts
- Be able to implement CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools to maintain long-term customer relationships
- Master modern techniques (social selling, cold calling, marketing automation) to acquire new accounts
- Interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average basket value, conversion rate, or gross margin
- Develop sales forecasts and ensure the profitability of actions undertaken
- Report activities to management in a clear and concise manner, using visual formats
- Analyse competitors and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Translate company strategy into concrete objectives and operational actions
- Participate in promoting the company’s offering (events, digital marketing, sales materials)
- Understand how to onboard and upskill team members
- Know how to motivate a sales force and set both individual and collective objectives
- Acquire the legal fundamentals required to manage sales contracts and team management

DURATION OF STUDIES:
3 years for students holding a Baccalaureate (BAC) or an equivalent qualification
Work-study programme available from the third year onwards.
