AXIS 2: CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Validation of skills blocks:
Block 1: Create and develop a digital entrepreneurship project with the support of AI
Block 2: Design a digital project using a UX Design approach while adapting to AI
Block 3: Manage a digital project using agile methodology, and develop the functional specifications and technical requirements
Block 4: Develop an e-marketing and communication strategy for a digital entrepreneurship project with the support of AI
Block 5: Conduct studies and produce reports in economic intelligence and corporate strategy
Schedule: 2 days of training and 3 days in the company

Bachelor’s degree / Licence and Bac+4
Prerequisites:
The Master’s in Project and Innovation Management (MPI) at DCG FORMATIONS is open to holders of a Licence/Bachelor or any other Level 6 qualification, and for the second year of the Master’s programme, to candidates who have completed the first year of the Master’s or have obtained an exemption from the certifying authority.
Admission is based on an application review and, if necessary, an interview.
Schedule: 2 days of training and 3 days in the company

Case studies and/or tests and/or essays and/or text analyses and/or multiple-choice questions and/or oral assessments and/or research work / Continuous assessment / Work-study and skills review (written + oral) / Thesis defence / Professional evaluation in the company

Students entering the first year are required to successfully complete all skills blocks
FURTHER STUDIES
This Bachelor’s degree has a professional focus and therefore leads directly to employment. You also have the option to enrol in the first year of a Master’s programme.

- Registrations for the September 2026 intake are open from 1 March to 20 September 2026.
- Registrations for the January 2027 delayed intake continue until 18 December.
Procedures
Access to our programmes may be initiated:
By the employer,
By the employee with their own agreement,
By a student or their legal guardian
Work-study programmes are available from the 3rd year onwards.
Once the registration form is completed, our school undertakes to respond within 72 hours.
If the programme requires prerequisites, we will then offer, regardless of the chosen funding method, a knowledge test and/or a positioning interview (by phone or videoconference) and/or an application review.
PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES
The Master’s in Project and Innovation Management (MPI) at DCG FORMATIONS is a State-recognised Level 7 qualification that aims to achieve the following objectives:
Learn to navigate between the V-model lifecycle and Agile methodologies in order to adapt to the pace of innovation.
Use software tools for project monitoring and reporting.
Master business intelligence and technology watch in order to identify emerging trends.
Apply user-centred approaches to design products or services that meet genuine needs.
Understand how to protect innovations and manage related legal aspects.
Learn to bring together diverse professional profiles (engineers, designers, marketers).
Develop the ability to “pitch” a project internally to senior management or externally to investors.
Support employees through organisational transformations driven by new technologies.
Assess project profitability, manage an R&D budget, and identify funding sources.
Develop the ability to write a robust business plan for a new activity or start-up.

PROGRAMME DURATION AND PACE
DURATION OF STUDY:
- 2 years for students holding a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification, and 1 year for students who have completed the 1st year of the Master’s programme.
- Work-study option available from the 3rd year.
FUNDING
Work-study contract: the company pays the tuition fees on behalf of the student.
Individual Training Leave (CIF).
Individual Training Assistance (AIF) if you are unemployed.
Personal funding through a student job or a bank loan.
The possibility to pay tuition fees in instalments.
