The Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management and Transformation (GST) at DCG Formations is a Level 6 qualification listed on the RNCP, designed to turn students into operational professionals capable of managing strategic vision and digital communication.

Validation of competency blocks:
- Block 1: Coordinate and improve the commercial activity of a retail establishment
- Block 2: Contribute to the strategic direction of the brand and optimise the economic performance of the retail establishment
- Block 3: Manage the employees of the retail establishment
Schedule: 2 days of training and 3 days in the company
Admission Requirements
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Baccalaureate (Bac) and Bac+2
Prerequisites:
The Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management and Transformation (GST) at DCG FORMATIONS is accessible to holders of a baccalaureate. Direct entry into the third year is open to holders of a BTS or any other Level 5 qualification.
Admission is based on a review of the application file and, where applicable, an interview.
Schedule: 2 days of training and 3 days in the company
TEACHING METHOD AND ASSESSMENT
Assessment methods:
Case studies and/or tests and/or essays and/or text analyses and/or multiple-choice questions and/or oral assessments and/or research work / Continuous assessment / Work-study and skills review (written + oral) / Thesis defence / Professional evaluation in the company

Course materials (PDF, and/or Word, and/or PPT formats), case studies and/or audio and video materials, and any exercises to be completed during the training sessions
This programme does not have any equivalence or bridging options
Students entering the first year are required to successfully complete all skills blocks
FURTHER STUDIES
This Bachelor’s degree has a professional focus and therefore leads directly to employment. You also have the option to enrol in the first year of a Master’s programme.

APPLICATION DEADLINES
- Registrations for the September 2026 intake are open from 1 March to 20 September 2026.
- Registrations for the January 2027 delayed intake continue until 18 December.
Procedures
Access to our programmes may be initiated:
By the employer,
By the employee with their own agreement,
By a student or their legal guardian
Work-study programmes are available from the 3rd year onwards.
Once the registration form is completed, our school undertakes to respond within 72 hours.
If the programme requires prerequisites, we will then offer, regardless of the chosen funding method, a knowledge test and/or a positioning interview (by phone or videoconference) and/or an application review.
PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES
The Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management and Transformation (GST) at DCG Formations is a State-recognised Level 6 qualification aimed at achieving the following objectives:
- Learn how to analyse competitors, market trends, and consumer behaviour
- Be able to position a product (Price, Product, Distribution, Promotion)
- Use tools to identify a brand’s strengths and weaknesses
- Learn how to orchestrate a campaign from A to Z (objectives, targets, budget)
- Create and manage brand image and visual identity
- Be able to organise events or manage press relations
- Master Community Management
- Understand organic and paid search engine optimisation
- Gain familiarity with design tools (such as Adobe Suite or Canva) to produce visuals and videos
- Develop interpersonal skills to persuade clients or partners
- Learn how to manage budgets and meet tight deadlines

DURATION OF STUDIES:
3 years for students holding a Baccalaureate (BAC) or an equivalent qualification
Work-study programme available from the third year onwards.
