BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management (GP) at DCG FORMATIONS is a Level 6 qualification listed on the RNCP, designed to turn students into operational project managers. The main objective is to teach you how to manage an idea from its conception through to its final implementation, while respecting specific constraints.
This programme is ideally suited to Managers or Project Managers who are seeking creative, passionate, curious, and motivated collaborators.
The GP Bachelor at DCG FORMATIONS enables students to be highly operational from their very first professional experience or to continue their studies towards a Bac+4/5 level. - Block 3: Manage the employees of the retail establishment

Admission Requirements
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Baccalaureate (Bac) and Bac+2
Prerequisites:
The Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management (GP) at DCG FORMATIONS is accessible to holders of a baccalaureate. Direct entry into the third year is open to holders of a BTS or any other Level 5 qualification.
Admission is based on a review of the application file and, where applicable, an interview.
Schedule: 2 days of training and 3 days in the company
TEACHING METHOD AND ASSESSMENT
Assessment methods:
Case studies and/or tests and/or essays and/or text analyses and/or multiple-choice questions and/or oral assessments and/or research work / Continuous assessment / Work-study and skills review (written + oral) / Thesis defence / Professional evaluation in the company
Summary documents of the programme:
Course materials (PDF, and/or Word, and/or PPT formats), case studies and/or audio and video materials, and any exercises to be completed during the training sessions
This programme does not have any equivalence or bridging options
Students entering the first year are required to successfully complete all skills blocks
FURTHER STUDIES
This Bachelor’s degree has a professional focus and therefore leads directly to employment. You also have the option to enrol in the first year of a Master’s programme.

- Registrations for the September 2026 intake are open from 1 March to 20 September 2026.
- Registrations for the January 2027 delayed intake continue until 18 December.
Procedures
Access to our programmes may be initiated:
By the employer,
By the employee with their own agreement,
By a student or their legal guardian
Work-study programmes are available from the 3rd year onwards.
Once the registration form is completed, our school undertakes to respond within 72 hours.
If the programme requires prerequisites, we will then offer, regardless of the chosen funding method, a knowledge test and/or a positioning interview (by phone or videoconference) and/or an application review.
PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES
The Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management (GP) at DCG FORMATIONS is a Level 6 qualification recognised by the State, aimed at achieving the following objectives:
- Define objectives (SMART), feasibility, and project scope
- Create timelines and define milestones
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust resources accordingly
- Analyse results and conduct a project review (lessons learned / REX)
- Master software such as MS Project, Trello, Jira, Asana, or GanttProject
- Learn how to prepare budgets, track costs, and ensure profitability
- Know how to motivate, delegate, and coordinate diverse profiles
- Anticipate unforeseen events and be able to pivot in case of a crisis
- Learn how to manage stakeholders (clients, suppliers, management)
- Align the project with the company’s overall strategy
- Act as a bridge between different departments (technical, commercial, legal)
- Often through work-study programmes or long internships, which are at the core of this training

3 years for students holding a Baccalaureate (BAC) or an equivalent qualification
Work-study programme available from the third year onwards.
