The Bachelor’s Degree in Brand Management and Branding (GM) at DCG Formations is a Level 6 qualification listed on the RNCP, designed to train hybrid profiles capable of learning how to build, manage, and protect the identity of a company or a product within a competitive environment.
This programme is ideally suited to Managers responsible for brand management, who are seeking creative, passionate, curious, and motivated collaborators.
The GM Bachelor at DCG Formations enables students to be highly operational from their very first professional experience or to continue their studies towards a Bac+4/5 level. - Block 3: Manage the employees of the retail establishment

Admission Requirements
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Baccalaureate (Bac) and Bac+2
Prerequisites:
The Bachelor’s Degree in Brand Management and Branding (GM) at DCG FORMATIONS is accessible to holders of a baccalaureate. Direct entry into the third year is open to holders of a BTS or any other Level 5 qualification.
Admission is based on a review of the application file and, where applicable, an interview.
Schedule: 2 days of training and 3 days in the company

Case studies and/or tests and/or essays and/or text analyses and/or multiple-choice questions and/or oral assessments and/or research work / Continuous assessment / Work-study and skills review (written + oral) / Thesis defence / Professional evaluation in the company

Course materials (PDF, and/or Word, and/or PPT formats), case studies and/or audio and video materials, and any exercises to be completed during the training sessions
This programme does not have any equivalence or bridging options
Students entering the first year are required to successfully complete all skills blocks
FURTHER STUDIES
This Bachelor’s degree has a professional focus and therefore leads directly to employment. You also have the option to enrol in the first year of a Master’s programme.

- Registrations for the September 2026 intake are open from 1 March to 20 September 2026.
- Registrations for the January 2027 delayed intake continue until 18 December.
Procedures
Access to our programmes may be initiated:
By the employer,
By the employee with their own agreement,
By a student or their legal guardian
Work-study programmes are available from the 3rd year onwards.
Once the registration form is completed, our school undertakes to respond within 72 hours.
If the programme requires prerequisites, we will then offer, regardless of the chosen funding method, a knowledge test and/or a positioning interview (by phone or videoconference) and/or an application review.
PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES
The Bachelor’s Degree in Brand Management and Branding (GM) at DCG Formations is a State-recognised Level 6 qualification aimed at achieving the following objectives:
- Define the brand’s mission, vision, values, and promise
- Learn how to differentiate a brand from its competitors so that it occupies a unique position in the consumer’s mind
- Create a consistent and emotionally engaging brand narrative
- Oversee the development of brand guidelines, packaging, and communication materials
- Align pricing, product, and distribution with the desired brand image
- Ensure that every touchpoint (store, website, after-sales service) reflects the brand image
- Learn how to manage the brand voice across different platforms
- Be able to protect the brand’s reputation in the event of negative publicity
- Identify and collaborate with relevant brand ambassadors
- Analyse brand awareness levels (spontaneous and aided)
- Interpret consumer trends and purchasing behaviours
- Monitor market developments to adapt the strategy in real time

DURATION OF STUDIES:
3 years for students holding a Baccalaureate (BAC) or an equivalent qualification
Work-study programme available from the third year onwards.
