MASTER’S DEGREE IN MANAGEMENT AND STRATEGY

The Master’s in Management and Strategy (MS) at DCG FORMATIONS is a RNCP-registered qualification, Level 7, designed to train professionals over two years to lead complex organisations, make strategic decisions, and manage performance in a constantly evolving environment.

1ST YEAR

The first year of the MS programme, aimed at developing managerial skills, is structured as follows:

The MS programme in the year of specialisation is organised around two (2) main axes:

AXIS 2: CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Validation of skills blocks:

  • Block 1: Create and develop a digital entrepreneurship project with the support of AI

  • Block 2: Design a digital project using a UX Design approach while adapting to AI

  • Block 3: Manage a digital project using agile methodologies, and develop the functional specifications and technical requirements

  • Block 4: Develop an e-marketing and communication strategy for a digital entrepreneurship project with the support of AI

  • Block 5: Conduct studies and produce reports in economic intelligence and corporate strategy

Admission Requirements

RECRUITMENT LEVEL(S)

Bachelor’s degree / Licence and Bac+4

Prerequisites:

The Master’s in Management and Strategy (MS) at DCG FORMATIONS is open to holders of a Licence/Bachelor or any other Level 6 qualification, and for the second year of the Master’s programme, to candidates who have completed the first year of the Master’s or have obtained an exemption from the certifying authority.

Admission is based on an application review and, if necessary, an interview.

Schedule: 2 days of training and 3 days in the company

TEACHING METHOD AND ASSESSMENT

Assessment methods:

Case studies and/or tests and/or essays and/or text analyses and/or multiple-choice questions and/or oral assessments and/or research work / Continuous assessment / Work-study and skills review (written + oral) / Thesis defence / Professional evaluation in the company

This programme does not have any equivalence or bridging optionse

Students entering the first year are required to successfully complete all skills blocks

FURTHER STUDIES

This Bachelor’s degree has a professional focus and therefore leads directly to employment. You also have the option to enrol in the first year of a Master’s programme.

APPLICATION DEADLINES

  • Registrations for the September 2026 intake are open from 1 March to 20 September 2026.
  • Registrations for the January 2027 delayed intake continue until 18 December.

Procedures

Access to our programmes may be initiated:

  • By the employer,

  • By the employee with their own agreement,

  • By a student or their legal guardian

Work-study programmes are available from the 3rd year onwards.

Once the registration form is completed, our school undertakes to respond within 72 hours.

If the programme requires prerequisites, we will then offer, regardless of the chosen funding method, a knowledge test and/or a positioning interview (by phone or videoconference) and/or an application review.

PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES

The Master’s in Management and Strategy (MS) at DCG FORMATIONS is a State-recognised Level 7 qualification that aims to achieve the following objectives:

  • Learn to analyse the macro- and microeconomic environment, identify trends, and anticipate challenges.

  • Master strategic planning tools and ensure their operational implementation across the organisation.

  • Understand ethical, CSR, and governance issues in order to support sustainable and responsible growth.

  • Understand business valuation mechanisms, financial structuring, and risk management to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Develop leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams, manage conflicts, and support organisations through phases of digital and organisational transformation.

  • Integrate innovation and talent and skills management as drivers of performance and competitive advantage.

  • Master management control tools, budgeting processes, and performance evaluation in order to optimise resource allocation and operational efficiency.

  • Define the company’s market positioning and adapt offerings to customer needs to ensure profitable growth.

PROGRAMME DURATION AND PACE

DURATION OF STUDY:

  • 2 years for students holding a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification, and 1 year for students who have completed the 1st year of the Master’s programme.
  • Work-study option available from the 3rd year.

  • Work-study contract: the company covers the tuition fees on behalf of the student.

  • Individual Training Leave (CIF).

  • Individual Training Assistance (AIF) if you are unemployed.
