MASTER’S DEGREE IN HUMAN RESOURCES AND DIGITALISATION OF OPERATIONS

The Master’s in Human Resources and the Digitalisation of Operations (HR) at DCG FORMATIONS is a RNCP-registered qualification, Level 7, designed to train executives and experts over two years to define and implement an organisation’s HR strategy and to align HR policies with the company’s overall objectives.

1ST YEAR

The first year of the HR programme, aimed at developing managerial skills, is structured as follows:

The HR programme in the year of specialisation is organised around two (2) main axes:

AXIS 2: CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Validation of skills blocks:

  • Block 1: Create and develop a digital entrepreneurship project with the support of AI

  • Block 2: Design a digital project using a UX Design approach while adapting to AI

  • Block 3: Manage a digital project using agile methodology, and develop the functional specifications and technical requirements

  • Block 4: Develop an e-marketing and communication strategy for a digital entrepreneurship project with the support of AI

  • Block 5: Conduct studies and produce reports in economic intelligence and corporate strategy

Admission Requirements

RECRUITMENT LEVEL(S)

Bachelor’s degree / Licence and Bac+4

Prerequisites:

The Master’s in Human Resources and Digital Operations (HR) at DCG FORMATIONS is open to holders of a Licence/Bachelor or any other Level 6 qualification, and for the second year of the Master’s programme, to candidates who have completed the first year of the Master’s or have obtained an exemption from the certifying authority.

Admission is based on an application review and, if necessary, an interview.

Schedule: 2 days of training and 3 days in the company

TEACHING METHOD AND ASSESSMENT

Case studies and/or tests and/or essays and/or text analyses and/or multiple-choice questions and/or oral assessments and/or research work / Continuous assessment / Work-study and skills review (written + oral) / Thesis defence / Professional evaluation in the company

Students entering the first year are required to successfully complete all skills blocks

FURTHER STUDIES

This Bachelor’s degree has a professional focus and therefore leads directly to employment. You also have the option to enrol in the first year of a Master’s programme.

APPLICATION DEADLINES

  • Registrations for the September 2026 intake are open from 1 March to 20 September 2026.
  • Registrations for the January 2027 delayed intake continue until 18 December.

Procedures

Access to our programmes may be initiated:

  • By the employer,

  • By the employee with their own agreement,

  • By a student or their legal guardian

Work-study programmes are available from the 3rd year onwards.

Once the registration form is completed, our school undertakes to respond within 72 hours.

If the programme requires prerequisites, we will then offer, regardless of the chosen funding method, a knowledge test and/or a positioning interview (by phone or videoconference) and/or an application review.

THE PROFESSION

PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES

The Master’s in Human Resources and Digital Operations (HR) at DCG FORMATIONS is a State-recognised Level 7 qualification that aims to achieve the following objectives:

  • Design, implement, and evaluate HR policies that support the organisation’s vision and strategic objectives.

  • Master workforce planning and skills forecasting (GPEC) in order to anticipate changes in staffing levels, competencies, and organisational structures.

  • Master labour law in its entirety (individual and collective employment relations) and social obligations to ensure legal compliance and minimise litigation risks.

  • Master HR tools and administrative processes (payroll, social security declarations, HRIS) and manage organisational performance.

  • Master the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisal, internal mobility, and exit management.

  • Identify occupational risk factors and deploy initiatives aimed at improving quality of working life (QWL), health, and workplace safety.

  • Conduct social negotiations, manage relations with social partners, and prevent conflicts.

  • Change Management: support the organisation through its transformations by managing human and social impacts.

PROGRAMME DURATION AND PACE

DURATION OF STUDY:

  • 2 years for students holding a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification, and 1 year for students who have completed the 1st year of the Master’s programme.
  • Work-study option available from the 3rd year.

FUNDING

  • Work-study contract: the company pays the tuition fees on behalf of the student.

  • Individual Training Leave (CIF).

  • Individual Training Assistance (AIF) if you are unemployed.

  • Personal funding through a student job or a bank loan.

  • The option to pay tuition fees in instalments.
